DJ’S, Drinks, and Drag: A New Year’s Eve Fundraiser for City Council Candidate Kendra Hicks

It’s been quite the year!

Our city has been turned on its head by this pandemic and political instability. Still, we came together in the face of many unspeakable losses. We made our neighbors’ well-being everyone’s business by building intricate networks of mutual aid. We came together to affirm that Black Lives Matter amid a global uprising. We stretched our budgets, we redistributed our stimulus checks, and we made sure to #buylocal. We phone banked, texted, and made calls to swing states all across the country to end the four-year reign of a bigoted president and launched our campaign for Boston City Council.

We have had a year of showing up and doing the work, and our resiliency calls for a celebration! I hope you’ll join me on December 31st for a virtual New Year’s Eve celebration filled with community, music, and dancing. Contribute any amount to our campaign (our most common donation is $25!) and RSVP now.
